B ride/workout of 19-38 miles (31-61km) specifically for 6-Gap Training Series participants, to build climbing strength and ability, and descending skills, on Saturday mornings between July 29 – Sept 9, 2017.
These workouts use intervals and time trials to increase strength and power, and cornering exercises to increase confidence in descending.
We will also use the MI Velodrome circuit for cornering practice.
