Join the Spacecoast Freewheelers on one of our B and C rated rides. Our Saturday morning River Road ride is the most popular, starting with a social C pace for the first half, and a B pace for the rest. Our longer rides are our B rated Sunday morning ride that changes start location and route every weekend per the calendar below. Club Rides, Rules & Etiquette
First and foremost, we want to keep our rides safe; so please obey all traffic laws, and ride rules and paceline etiquette. If you are new to our group or unfamiliar with our riding rules and etiquette, please identify yourself to the ride leader. He/she will provide you with appropriate assistance.
Electric Bikes
Our club exists to promote the general interests of bicycling and to encourage all forms of recreational cycling activities. We welcome e-bike riders who have pedal-assisted electric bikes (Class 1 & Class 3). See: Florida Dept of Transportation (FDoT) definitions and rules
Road Construction Projects in Brevard County Florida
Our club rides are intended to be safe, so we advise and encourage all riders to avoid state, county and local road construction and maintenance activity. In order to do that you need to know where such activity is. Fortunately, Florida Dept of Transportation (FDOT) hosts a website describing all current and planned projects across our county.

About Our Club Rides
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled ride start.
- Anyone participating in a club ride must wear a helmet.
- All rides are B rated unless otherwise noted.
- Ride Ratings: A, B and C designators indicate average speed of ride.
- A: 21+ mph
- B: 17-21 mph
- C: 14-17 mph
